I first met Morrine Robey years ago at another Manhattan Beach open house. And so, when it was time to sell, I contacted Morrine, and I knew I had made the right decision.

David was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being pushy, invasive or "salesy." With experience in home building and ownership, we were looking for something specific and were pretty particular. David was patient, responsive, and, as others said, unfailingly courteous and highly respected in this community by his peers and customers. We were looking in a tough market and were outbid on several offers. Each time, David got right back out and found us more good options. Ultimately, we found our home because David networked on our behalf and found us the perfect place at the perfect price. We hope we'll live here for a long while but already know that when the time comes to sell or buy again, we'll be calling on David. In the meanwhile, he is now our neighbor and friend. We looked into a couple of other houses prior to our current purchase -- they were less than ideal, but we didn't really know any better. Instead of trying to make a "quick sale" (which he could easily have done), he was honest and committed to helping us find the best house for our budget. He was helpful in connecting us to the right people to help us with this process. We had a complicated situation in which we had to buy one house and sell another and he was extremely helpful with both. I have recommended Dave to several other friends.
